Calculator outputs are estimates based on assumptions you can see stated on the page, and your actual results will differ. A binding transaction arises only from a written purchase and sale agreement signed by both parties, and any such agreement is subject to inspection, clear and marketable title, and the terms written into it.

4. No professional advice
